At Great Canadian Tackle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used lures, flies, or tackle
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return Email us at greatcanadiantackle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour where available. Contact us at greatcanadiantackle@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email greatcanadiantackle@shaw.ca greatcanadiantackle@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
