4. Orders Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.

5. Custom Orders Custom rod builds and custom tackle orders are made to order and are non-refundable once work has commenced. A deposit of 50% of sale amount is required at the time of order. Lead times for custom work are estimates only and may vary based on materials availability and build complexity. Great Canadian Tackle reserves the right to decline custom orders at its discretion. Any specifications agreed upon at the time of order will be documented — changes requested after production has begun may incur additional charges.

6. Shipping We ship within Canada and to the United States. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
